As you know, our squash subscription year expires on 31st August. With lock-down from early March we have all lost 5 months of squash and this final month is limited to the restricted play prescribed by England Squash.
The Squash Committee, supported by the Club and Tennis Committees have come up with the following subscription offer for existing squash members only :
Either (1) Half price squash membership for the next 12 months with 6 months use of tennis courts on a pay-as-you-go basis similar to booking squash courts.
Or (2) Full price squash membership for the next 12 months which would include continued free tennis court use for 6 months.
We understand that it is a leap of faith to renew your membership with the current limitations. However Club funds, while currently acceptable, cannot last indefinitely without income so your support at this time would be much appreciated.
The mechanics of the Full price offer mean some compromise on the minimum tennis element subscription to tie into existing Tennis membership categories. For those wishing to take up Option (2), please firstly renew your squash membership as below. Next, add the appropriate amount to your pre-pay account in accordance with the table below, and email the tennis secretary, Ann Witter firstname.lastname@example.org. Ann will then apply your funds to activate your tennis subs.
For the Squash element, the usual payment procedure is followed, namely:
(1) Log into your MMM account. For Juniors, the family head needs to log in and settle on their behalf.
(2) Go to “My subscriptions” and choose the subscription(s) you wish to renew.
(3) Hit the “Pay now” button and that’s it!
Given the 50% discount, there will be no further early payment discount this year.
The amounts due under the various categories are:
|(1) Squash||(2) Tennis Offer|
|Off-peak and week-end||£65.00||£65.00|
|Off-peak, Young (Under 24), Senior (O65)||£45.00||£65.00|
|Junior Plus (U 19, no booking restrictions)||£32.50||£37.00|
|Junior (Under 19), Country||£17.50||£37.00|
